Dave Rossi, President and CEO

Mr. Rossi has spent over 25 Years implementing seamless service in the commercial maintenance industry. He has managed all facets of construction and commercial maintenance; management, working within customer budget constraints, coordinating large scale road and bridge construction, managing snow and ice removal for multiple territories, commercial concrete and asphalt installation and repairs, construction, building maintenance.
Mr. Rossi began his career in the construction management industry with the Ohio Department of Transportation where he was the Project Coordinator for highway and bridge construction. In 1995, Dave saw a need for parking lot cleaning maintenance and started All Sweep, Inc. As the customer base grew, Dave was innovative in finding ways to extend an unlimited range of services that include asphalt and concrete repairs, landscaping. Thus, becoming a one-stop maintenance call for the customers by creating comprehensive programs and services tailored to individual customers.
Today, with Mr. Rossi’s result-driven attitude, integrity and knowledge, All Sweep, Inc. has become a highly successful commercial maintenance company in Northeast Ohio and Eastern Pennsylvania. Through the years the customer base has increased steadily. Mr. Rossi and the All Sweep team of over 75 employees are able to effectively maintain the high quality of service that the customers have become accustomed to.

Helen Crawford, Vice President

Mrs. Crawford began working at All Sweep, Inc. 2002 and has been instrumental in developing the administrative division of the company. Helen’s strong Human Resources background has been vital in successfully implementing and managing the organizational growth of a veteran force.
Mrs. Crawford works directly with management companies and property managers streamlining the process between customers and the services we provide.

Jeffery Bester, General Manager

Mr. Bester has worked in all facets of the commercial maintenance industry since joining All Sweep Inc in 2000. Prior to joining the company, Jeff spent time in the U.S. Military where he developed a keen sense for adapting to changes in a fast growing company. Currently, Jeff overseas the day-to-day operations of managing the sweeping routes, pressure washing scheduling and porter services.
Mr. Bester has assembled a comprehensive routing system that has maximized profits and minimized the overlapping of locations and man hours. This has been essential in providing the exceptional service our customers have grown accustomed to.
